Stamping Projects

It has been awhile since I have been able to post some stamping projects so here are the last few I have done.

I had started a project for our area hospital that took approximately a year to finish.  I created these cards for ChildLife at Yale New Haven Hospital for sending to families of children they have treated for cancer.  I also made these door signs for children that are in the intensive care unit needing some extra comfort and support as they are getting ready to leave this world.

It was an honor to be asked to do this for Childlife as they have done so much for us. It was a great way to not only help them but help me through some of the healing process as I created each of the cards – just about 200 in total.

Another project on a happier note are some male birthday cards that I created to have on hand.  How many times are you looking for that masculine card and just cannot come up with one if they are not a fisherman, hunter, or into tools and cars?  This idea came to me one night in bed and I had to make two of them when I woke up before I forgot.

Stamping Fun

I was finally able to spend some time yesterday working on some stamping projects as I am preparing for a craft Fair to benefit Seniors Have Dreams Too.  I pulled out one of my bloom boxes from Fun Stampers Journey and created some of the cards.

They are quick and a lot of fun to make.  The inks are so sharp and bright on these cards, ones that I would create over and over.

Fun Stampers Journey has a great sale this month on their blocks.  I love these blocks, they are easy to use and feel great in your hands.  Get yours before the sale is over.
