Backgrounds made using splash inks

Multiple techniques can be used to extend the versatility of ones craft supplies.  The following cards were made using watercolor paper, pumpkin card stock, Splash ink (Sage, Apricot, and Poppy), versamark, versafine onyx,  black embossing powder, copics (cadmium orange, Chinese orange), stained glass poppy stamp, dies (happy, gift tag trio), wink of stella glitter pen, eucalyptus organdy ribbon, and  peerless watercolor sheets from A Muse Studio. Water pen and paper towel. The background for both cards were made by spraying watercolor paper with splash ink and then laying a piece of textured paper towel on top the paper to soak up the extra ink.

In the top card the poppy was colored using peerless water color sheets. Copic markers were used on the bottom card.

Welcome

Welcome to my new crafting blog.  I have been paper crafting for around 15 years starting with stamping and cardmaking and them moving into scrapbooking.  My love of paper crafting and learning new techniques is what brought me to today as an A Muse Studio consultant.  My hope is to inspire you to explore your inner crafting powers.
